Healthy Start has set up this page to assist the local providers with on-going training for current and new staff.  There is a revised Healthy Start Risk Screen (9/08) that is much more user friendly.  New screens will be delivered to provider offices throughout the fall.  Please use up your old screens first.

We have provided you with a PowerPoint which features the new Risk Screen and an outline that highlights the new/different features.  We hope you find this helpful to orient your staff to the new screen and will continue to use it for new staff in the future.

We will soon add a page which will list your quarterly screen rates.  Please call us anytime that we can be of help or you have suggestions of helpful tools that may be included on this page.
